Yes. Our planning and research service is completely free to you. We don't add any fees or markups. You only ever pay the suppliers you choose to book with directly.
No — and that's deliberate. We build you a ready-to-book plan, but you make the bookings yourself, directly with the airlines, hotels and operators. This keeps you in control of your money and preserves the supplier's financial protection.
Because you book directly with ATOL/ABTA-protected suppliers, your trip is covered by their protection schemes. Cartout LTD is a consultancy and does not handle payments, so protection always sits with the supplier you book with.
We aim to reply to every enquiry within 2 hours during our opening hours of Mon–Sat, 9am–8pm.
